This fall marks the inaugural season of the Vashon women’s softball league, an off-shot of the co-ed league sponsored by the Vashon Park District. Approximately 40 women on four teams will play on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. at Vashon High School, Sept. 7 through Oct. 14. The league is currently welcoming more players.
