This initiative would impose the same sort of narrow-minded bathroom restrictions on transgendered people as were enacted in North Carolina and, soon, Texas. They’ve been kind of stealthy about it, so if a petitioner seeks your signature on this, don’t be fooled into signing it — unless you actually would like to see Washington regress and join the ranks of the prejudiced and fearful.
