I’m deeply disappointed by the news that a suitable place could not be found or created for a valuable island resource, the Vashon Forest Steward’s mill.

The Forest Stewards have provided a valuable service to our island. They provided us excellently milled wood from our own forests, which they have expertly and sustainably managed.
