“Tatanka” Rick Hammond, founding Father of Tatanka Take-out, left this Earth after his big heart gave out on March 30, 2011. He was misunderstood by most, but those that took the time to know him loved him for his quick wit, outrageous humor, and passion for a simple life. For all of his friends that he cherished… you know who you are…please take a few moments to reflect on the joy he brought to your life.

A celebration for him will be held on his birthday, May 1st, at Waterfront 12 noon.
