Larry A. Higley, Jr., 50 of Everett passed away on August 2, 2011. Larry was born in Tacoma Washington on May 20, 1961 to Larry and Arlene (Kelby) Higley and moved to Vashon while in high school. He was a member of the graduating class of 1979. Larry graduated from WSU with a bachelor’s degree in 1984 and most recently worked as a computer analyst for Sonic.net.

Larry enjoyed music and played drums in several bands. He enjoyed traveling, camping, golf and boats, he had recently reconnected with many school friends via Facebook, and he had a passion for cars and very much loved time spent with his family.

Larry is survived by his parents Larry and Arlene, his brother David (Shannon) and nephews John and Frank, his sister Michelle (Kim) Duvall, his nieces Heather, Nichole and Breanna and many extended family and friends.

A private family burial will be held on Vashon.
