Karilyn K. Frombach died on Dec. 28, 2010, at her daughter’s home in Connell, Wash. She was a resident of Bremerton.

Ms. Frombach was born on Nov. 28, 1953, in Devil’s Lake, N.D., to Charles and Helen (Lee) Hanna. She grew up on Vashon Island, graduating from Vashon High School in 1973. She then moved to California. She returned to Bremerton in 1984 and resided there until her death.

Ms. Fromback was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter Brittany (Will) Hale, grandchildren Karleigh and Logan, siblings Marilyn Bailey (Brad), Bob Hanna (Deb) of Bremerton, Patty Weatherill (John) of Port Orchard, Barb Whitby (Dave) of Gig Harbor, Bonnie Engdahl (Doug) of Centralia, Doug Feil of Post Falls, Idaho, Barbara Bloom of Minot, N.D., Susan McWilliams of Grand Forks, N.D., Robert Fayette and Betty Wilkerson of Hector, Ore., and Sandra Bryant of Mile City, Mont., and many nieces and nephews.

Ms. Fromback’s passion was being a mother and grandmother. She loved flowers and making beautiful flower arrangements. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
