Dorothy Killeen Pilon died Jan. 27, 2005, at the Vashon Community Care Center. She was 87 years old.

Dorothy was born Nov. 17, 1917, in Carbondale, Penn.

She worked in the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and retired in 1987.

Survivors include her three children, Maureen Pilon of Olympia, KC Pilon of Vashon, Mary Jo Torgerson of Kent, and brother Joe Killeen of Deland, Fla., as well as three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.

The family will gather to celebrate Dorothy’s life Saturday, Feb. 5. There will be no service.
