The Glenn Cannon Blues Trio will perform for the first time on Vashon at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Red Bike.

The band will play covers from Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughn and more. Cannon, who plays the guitar, is the front man for the trio, while his main band is the well-known Seattle group Windowpane. Jeff Eason plays bass and sings. He also performs with Late September Dogs and Casualties Of God. Vashon’s Wes Peterson is on the drum kit and also plays with The Allison Shirk Band and the Cami Lundeen Band

The free cover show is open to all ages until 11 p.m., then only 21 and older.
