Artists will again open their studio doors as the Summer Art Studio Tour continues from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

With more than 40 artists showing work at 20 studios, the tour offers visitors the chance to meet the artists and see or purchase a wide variety of artwork including paintings, photography, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, mosaic, glass and more.

Visitors can plan their route using the maps provided at island businesses or online at vashonislandartstudiotour.com.

Artwork on display this weekend will include photographs by Valerie Wilson (left) and jewelry (right) at Grist/Muir Studio.
