Nash’s shows on Vashon have been sold out for months — but on Monday, VCA announced that 20 additional tickets will go on sale, to in-person buyers at VCA’s box office, at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29.
The Jovino Santos Neto Trio, featuring Sergio Reze, is headed to Vashon for a concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23.
VCA relies on its annual Gala Art Auction to support the programs at the Blue Heron Education Center. Funds raised are used to replenish VCA’s scholarship fund, which makes it possible for hundreds of students to take part in enriching programs regardless of their economic means.
