Support the effort to keep Hiway Haiku going

Hiway Haiku brings joy and thought to islanders cruising downhill to the ferry. It’s time to buy more placards, paint and ties. The previous request for Hiway Haiku donations was in 2008. With that money, the sturdy posts were installed and years’ worth of supplies were bought.

Hiway Haiku brings joy and thought to islanders cruising downhill to the ferry. It’s time to buy more placards, paint and ties. The previous request for Hiway Haiku donations was in 2008. With that money, the sturdy posts were installed and years’ worth of supplies were bought.

I pledge $50 as a way to encourage calligrapher Kaj Wyn Berry and her project partner Hita Von Mende to continue creating the Hiway Haiku. Please join me by mailing donations to Hiway Haiku Continuance Fund, c/o WK Berry, Box 908, Vashon, 98070. Make out checks to WK Berry.
