I’ve been keeping up with the ongoing Sea Mar/Vashon Health Care District kerfluffle. The commissioners are doing a good job. If I could speak with them in person here’s what I would say: Please. Hold. The. Line. Don’t let the Sea Mar administration bully you.

I worked in the corporate gulag for many years as a systems analyst and consultant, and I’ve seen this particular brand of bullying before. It has more to do with what happens on the golf course when high-level administrators are frustrated with each other than with the reality of the situation.

Vashon residents don’t want a repeat of what happened with Vashon Community Care. So hold steady, commissioners!
