I seldom respond to the rumors and gossip that frequent our Island, as in most small towns. However, due to the unexpected rude behaviour by two employees at a popular and respected Island buiness, where I have been a loyal costumer for 20 years, I have decided to address this.

Neither I nor Wolftown has reintroduced coyotes to Vashon. Nor have I reintroduced, bear, beaver, bobcat, mink or nutria.

On the other hand, I want to thank everyone who responded to our summer newsletter by helping Wolftown continue its work in helping wildlife, educating and mentoring young people and helping small farms both on Island and off — all of which we do for our community and our world.
