The Vashon Boys High School Lacrosse Club bounced back from three tough losses to finish its season with three consecutive victories.
The Vashon Lacrosse Club high school boys team won its fourth straight game on Saturday with a 15-9 victory over Seattle’s Ballard High School. The victory kept Vashon in the race for a berth in the state playoffs.
The Vashon Lacrosse Club’s boys high school team took its game to a higher level with a victory on the road over Seattle’s Garfield High School on Tuesday, April 2. The win established Vashon as a contender in Division II of the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association.
The Vashon Lacrosse Club’s high school boys team took its two scheduled home games back on the road last week due to Vashon field closures. In doing so, the team cruised to a win over Shoreline High School and lost to a powerful Three Rivers club from Richland the next day.

On Tuesday, March 13, Vashon Lacrosse Club’s boys high school team opened the season against Seattle’s Blanchet High School. This game was a close match from the opening face-off until the final whistle.
The Vashon Lacrosse Club closed out its season with losses to Tahoma on Tuesday, May 10, and Vancouver’s King’s Way, on Friday, May 13. Both winning teams are playoff bound.
Though the Vashon Lacrosse Club made an extraordinary effort in games this week against Lake Washington and Puyallyp, nagging injuries to veteran players and mental lapses in critical moments kept them from taking the win in either game.
