Backroads plays at Back Bay

Backroads is coming out of the woods again for a First Friday performance at the Back Bay Inn from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday, April 4.

The group includes Jean Richstad on fiddle, Robyn Landis on guitar, Steve Amsden on guitar and Dan Brown on acoustic bass — all of whom sing cover tunes and harmony backup vocals. With more than 50 years of picking for a couple of these players, the mix of music genres will include American roots folk, bluegrass obscurity and standards, current folk, light rock and crowd-favorite Bob Dylan tunes.
