Vashon dogs win big at Westminster

Two dogs from Vashon won awards at the prestigious Westminster Dog Show in New York on Monday.

Rassie, an Icelandic Sheepdog owned by Donna McDermott and Terry War-nock, won Best of Breed. It is the first year the rare Icelandic Sheepdog has competed in the competiton.

Cadey, a Rottweiler owned by Cheryl Krown, took home Best of Opposite Sex.
