Famed pianist returns to VCA stage

Grayaznov has performed to great acclaim throughout the U.S., Russia and Europe at venues including Carnegie Hall and the Berlin Philharmonie, and also appeared several times at VCA’s Kay White Hall — a venue he has praised for its intimacy and acoustics. He studied at the Moscow State Conservatory for his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and he earned the Yale School of Music’s Artist Diploma in 2018. He is on the teaching faculty of the Moscow Conservatory’s piano department.

In-person tickets to the concert are $40 general and $36 seniors/students and must be purchased 24 hours in advance at vashoncenterforthearts.org. There is a $10 suggested donation for the live-streamed version of the concert. Extensive safety protocols for attending in person are described on VCA’s website.
