A memorial service for John David Divis will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at the Vashon United Methodist Church.

Mr. Divis died Oct. 9, 2004 after a prolonged illness in Oak Harbor, Wash. He was born Dec. 10, 1940, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Due to circumstances, a memorial service for Mr. Divis was delayed.

The family now invites people to join in celebrating his life.

Survivors include his wife Holly, son David Scott Divis, daughter Kimberley Marie Turnbow, stepdaughter Jennifer Steffensen and six grandchildren.
