Keith E. Phillips, 79, of North Bend, Oregon, died February 17, 2016. He was born December 7, 1936, in Great Falls, Montana, to Ruth and Floyd Phillips. Keith graduated in 1960 from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington. He married Barbara Brooks in 1956. Keith worked as a manager for Dun & Bradstreet and established his own executive recruiting business in Portland. In 1992, he moved to Vashon Island to be with Andrea Wall and her sons, David and Chad. In 2002, Keith and Andrea moved to Oregon.

Keith was a master gardener and also enjoyed fishing, wood working and sports. He is remembered by companion Andrea Wall and her sons, his children Jeff (Joanie) Phillips and RuthEllen (Pat) Melton; former spouse, grandchildren Katie, Ryan, C.J. and Ethan. Friends and family will certainly miss his unique charm and humor. A barbecue will be held this summer to celebrate his life. Remembrances may be made to Coos County Community Concerts in Coos Bay Oregon.
